My Professional Story
I have worked accross diverse industries, but the longest chapter of my journey has been in healthcare. Today, I’m a learning leader at a Fortune 500 company, supporting teams across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and the U.S.
Before moving into learning, I led Talent Acquisition teams – so I understand not just the people side of business, but also how hiring, interviewing, and careers really work.
I am an ACC-level certified coach and a practioner of CliftonStrenghts, Korn Ferry 360 Leadership. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider and a proud advocate of global presence, culture and growth mindset.
This mix of experience, from hiring to coaching and to global learning, is what fuels mys work.
My Journey
I moved abroad with my family for a new role in Spain. At first, everything felt exciting — the sunshine, the new surroundings, the possibilities. But soon, I realized my career path wasn’t unfolding as I had imagined. I felt a little lost, like the version of myself I was proud of had been put on pause.
That’s when coaching entered my life. It helped me reconnect with myself, uncover my strengths, and find a sense of direction I hadn’t felt in a long time.
From that moment on, I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
