Recently, I had a chat with friends about the old days. They reminded me of who I used to be—bold, outspoken, a bit crazy, taking risks without a second thought. No detailed plans, just going with the flow. Then someone asked me, “When did you change?”

Honestly, I don’t know.

People who know me now might describe me differently: thoughtful with my words, less impulsive, more composed, a planner. Somewhere along the way, I became this version of me.

But did I change, or did I grow?

Which one is the real me? Do I miss my old self? Do I like who I am today? Maybe the answer isn’t one or the other. Maybe it’s about discovering the version of ourselves that fits this chapter of life.

What about you—how have you evolved over the years?
